Job summary

Munters, a global leader in energy efficient air treatment, seeks a Retrofit Sales Manager for the Southeast region, remote from home with light travel. You will manage service sales for Retrofit installations, prepare quotes, and grow the service business in your region.

The role requires 3-5 years of project management experience in capital equipment, HVAC knowledge, strong communication, and regional residency within the SE states. Travel is 1–2 trips per quarter.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management in capital equipment.
• Experience with HVAC components and systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic problem-solving skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership to manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Region cover: FL, GA, AL, MS, LA, TX; reside in SE region.
• Build relationships with key customer contacts in the region.
• Identify installation base for RFE opportunities and growth.
• Coordinate with Engineering/Applications for RFE viability.
• Prepare RFE estimates and proposals for customers.
• Present to customers and sales channels; close orders.
• Manage cost, schedule, and project milestones.
• Travel 1–2 trips per quarter; complete field surveys as needed.
• Generate leads, track quotations, and follow up on proposals.
• Provide monthly regional reports to Regional Service Manager.
• Forecast orders and sales monthly/quarterly/annual.
