Job summary

Munters is a global leader in energy efficient air treatment solutions. The Retrofit Sales Manager will manage service sales for Retrofit installations across the Southeast, with remote-from-home status and minimal travel.

The role requires building relationships with customers and internal teams, developing proposals, and forecasting orders. Travel is typically 1–2 trips per quarter, lasting 3–5 days, with base compensation of $85,000–$110,000 plus commission.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in capital equipment.
• Experience with HVAC components and systems.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience; PM skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage service sales for Retrofit installations in the Southeast.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and RFE estimates.
• Coordinate with engineering and applications teams for feasibility.
• Present to customers and sales channels; drive project profitability.
• Forecast orders and maintain monthly regional reports.
• Travel 1–2 trips per quarter; ensure schedule aligns with goals.
