Qualifications

• Experience with document review and transaction processing is a must.
• 1–5 years in adjacent back-office financial operations is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to obtain necessary information for annual reporting.
• Review client documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans using Excel and administration software.
• Handle 401(k) testing and reporting.
• Prepare IRS Form 5500 and other year-end filings.
• Educate clients on 401(k) plan administration.
