Guidant Financial is hiring a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist to learn the full process of administering, testing and reporting 401(k) plans. You will grow from document review to basic plan administration with accelerated training and hands-on experience.

You will review client documents, keep clients updated, and assist with year-end filings including the 5500, using specialized software and Excel. This is a fully remote role across the US.

Qualifications

• Experience with document review and transaction processing in back-office operations.
• Experience with 401(k) or IRA administration, reporting, or testing is preferred.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business/finance or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Interact with clients to obtain information for annual reporting.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans using Excel and admin software.
• Perform 401(k) testing and prepare government filings (e.g., Form 5500).
• Educate clients on plan administration and year-end reporting.
