Qualifications

• Experience with document review and transaction processing in a back-office financial operations role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Direct retirement-plan operations experience, including 401(k)/IRA administration and year-end reporting, is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Work with clients to prepare annual reporting for 401(k) plans.
• Review client-submitted documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans focusing on rollovers and plan stock using Excel and administration software.
• Prepare government filings for 401(k) plans, including IRS Form 5500.
