Twoconnect is hiring a Sales Customer Service Representative (Retention) to up-sell and cross-sell to existing customers by telephone, handling inbound and outbound calls to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional service. You’ll follow up on leads, maintain detailed sales activity records, and inform management of growth opportunities in product and education sales.
