Twoconnect is seeking a Sales Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for existing customers and to deliver exceptional service while identifying opportunities to upsell relevant products and services.

The role handles inbound and outbound interactions via telephone and digital channels, using CRM and MS Office to meet service and sales goals in a remote, work-from-home setting.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in sales and customer service environment with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and meet customer needs through sales techniques.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle high volume of inquiries and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to learn product and company information.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for customer enquiries related to products, claims, service and sales.
• Triaging customer queries, routing to appropriate teams and resolving at first contact when possible.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in a friendly, professional manner.
• Build rapport to understand needs and recommend products, services, or upgrades.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell based on customer history and needs.
• Use company systems to meet sales targets within service times.
• Educate customers about promotions, new launches and bundles.
• Follow up on leads generated on the website.
