Job summary

HelloConnect is seeking a dedicated professional to join our remote team. You’ll handle inbound retention calls, educate customers, and negotiate retention offers to keep clients engaged and satisfied.

You will work with a global, cross-cultural team and participate in trainings and cross-skilling to advance your career. This role emphasizes empathy, integrity, and problem-solving while maintaining high service standards.

What you’ll do

• Answer inbound retention calls: Maintain positive customer relationships, provide customer resolution/ education and negotiate using retention offers


• Retain customers in compliance with company guidelines and protocols


• Attend 1:1, meetings, huddles, & trainings


• Attend cross-trainings and upskilling
