Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a sales-driven Account Executive to lead complex, end-to-end solutions for retail customers and distribution partners. You will drive revenue growth by selling integrated SaaS, hardware, and services while building long-term partnerships.

The role requires deep retail knowledge, consultative selling, and the ability to navigate multi-location accounts. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, collaborate with IT, operations, and marketing, and travel within the Western U.S.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise or strategic sales experience.
• Proven success selling SaaS solutions in retail tech such as store systems or POS.
• Deep retail industry knowledge with multi-location account support.
• Experience with convenience stores, fuel and major oils preferred.
• Results-driven with strong selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets through solution expansion and organic account growth.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer objectives and NCR’s solution portfolio.
• Establish and enhance new and existing distribution partners in the convenience and fuel marketplace.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, positioning NCR as a strategic partner to address customer challenges.
• Build strong relationships across customer organizations, including IT, operations, marketing, and vendor management.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, including pipeline development, forecasting, contract negotiations, and solution deployment.
• Coordinate internal teams and leverage NCR resources to deliver successful customer outcomes.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout pre- and post-sales engagements.
• Travel frequently primarily within the Western U.S. to support meetings and business development activities.
