Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking an Account Executive for the Convenience and Fuel Retail sector for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. This role focuses on selling integrated software, hardware and services to large retailers, building executive relationships, and driving revenue growth across multiple offices.

Candidates should have a track record in SaaS/retail technology, strong funnel discipline, and the ability to operate with C-Suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience selling technology in the retail vertical
• Track record of growing revenue with large retailers
• Ability to develop executive relationships across marketing, operations & IT
• Strong funnel management and deal negotiations across multiple offices
• Demonstrated understanding of SaaS and/or application software in retail

Responsibilities

• Sell solutions and services to major retailers in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic
• Build executive relationships to leverage NCR Voyix portfolio
• Align NCR Voyix offerings with customer objectives and ROI
• Create account plans with measurable goals and timelines
• Develop strategic roadmaps linking customer needs to offerings
• Manage sales process, funnel, forecast, and contract negotiations
• Coordinate NCR Voyix resources for customer success
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout presales and post-sales
• Collaborate across teams to deliver value to the client
