Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Typing, email and computer skills.
• Proficient with technology including the internet and applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet and exceed quota or goals.
• Self-driven and motivated to proactively complete outbound sales.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from residential customers about Midco products and services.
• Identify products/services for customers using value-based selling.
• Sell/upsell Midco products to new and existing customers.
• Perform proactive outbound calls for sales/marketing campaigns.
• Develop sales opportunities by researching potential customers and preparing quotations.
• Record customer transactions and establish accounts for new customers.
• Follow up with leads promptly and coordinate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Aim to exceed revenue, upsell, and add-on selling goals.
• Refer leads to B2B, Enterprise, and Advertising sales teams.
