Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Remote Resident Connectivity Program Manager to lead connectivity initiatives across the portfolio. You will collaborate with Operations, Marketing, IT, and external partners to optimize programs, improve resident experience, and drive efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in multifamily/property management or program delivery, strong MS Office and PM tooling skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in multifamily property management, program management, operations, technology implementation, or related.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 60%, including local and overnight travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Adobe products is a plus.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute resident connectivity programs across the portfolio to maximize performance.
• Collaborate with Property Operations, Marketing, IT, Finance, Procurement and vendors to deliver initiatives.
• Define, track, and report program goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to leadership.
• Identify risks, remove obstacles, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of projects.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
• Monitor installation timelines, service quality, adoption, and vendor performance.
