Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a remote Resident Connectivity Program Manager to lead connectivity initiatives across the portfolio. This role partners with Property Operations, Marketing, IT, and external vendors to optimize performance and resident experience.

You will develop initiatives, track KPIs, and drive adoption while ensuring projects stay on time and within budget. Some travel is required to support markets.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 2+ years in multifamily property management or program management.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident connectivity programs across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Property Operations, Marketing, IT, and vendors.
• Define, track, and report KPIs and performance.
• Drive adoption, efficiency, and resident satisfaction.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Identify risks and coordinate issue resolution.
