You will partner with Property Operations, Marketing, IT, and external vendors to deploy scalable connectivity programs, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery while traveling up to 60% in assigned markets.

Qualifications

• ~2+ years of experience in multifamily property management, program management, operations, technology implementation, or a related industry preferred.
• ~ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Adobe products and project management software preferred.
• ~ Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• ~ Ability and willingness to travel up to 60%, including local and overnight travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for Resident Internet and Smart Technology programs across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Marketing, and external partners to maximize performance and resident experience.
• Define, track, and report on program goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
• Oversee installations, upgrades, and technology initiatives within scope, time, and budget.
• Ensure compliance with networking, security, onboarding, and invoicing standards.
