Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
• ~2+ years in multifamily property management, program management, operations, or related fields preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%, including local and overnight trips.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools; familiarity with Adobe products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Resident Connectivity, Internet, and IoT program strategy across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Centralized Ops, executives, and external vendors.
• Define, track, and report KPIs; drive process improvements and program excellence.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
