Job summary

BH Management, LLC seeks a proactive Resident Connectivity Program Manager to lead internet and smart-technology initiatives across the portfolio. You will partner with Property Operations, Marketing, IT, and external vendors to drive performance and resident satisfaction.

You will define program goals, track KPIs, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely delivery within budget. Travel up to 60% is expected to support implementation across markets.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in relevant fields preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of experience in multifamily property management, program management, operations, technology implementation, or related industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to travel up to 60%, including local and overnight travel within assigned markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Resident Internet and Smart Technology Program strategy across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Centralized Operations, and external partners to maximize program performance and resident experience.
• Define, track, and report on program goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to leadership.
• Oversee multiple concurrent installations, conversions, upgrades, and technology initiatives.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Analyze portfolio performance to identify opportunities to improve utilization, revenue, and resident satisfaction.
