Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Resident Connectivity Program Manager to lead nationwide connectivity initiatives for our multifamily portfolio. This remote role requires collaborating with Property Operations, Marketing, IT, and external partners to drive program success and resident satisfaction.

You will oversee strategy, deployment, and optimization of internet, IoT, and smart technology programs, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• ~2+ years in multifamily property management, program management, operations, tech implementation, or related.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% (local and overnight).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook; familiarity with Adobe products and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Resident Connectivity, Internet and IoT programs across the portfolio.
• Partner with Operations, IT, Marketing, and vendors to deliver initiatives.
• Define KPIs, track performance, and report to leadership.
