Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Approximately 2+ years in multifamily property management, program management, operations, or technology implementation.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%, including local and overnight travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Adobe products and PM software preferred.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices; ability to coordinate across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic leadership, execution, and evolution of Resident Connectivity, Internet, and IoT programs across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Property Operations, Marketing, Centralized Operations, leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Develop initiatives to improve operational efficiency, adoption, and resident satisfaction; drive financial performance.
• Define, track, and report on program goals and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.
• Oversee multiple installations, upgrades, and technology initiatives across communities.
