Clarivate Analytics US LLC is seeking a US Remote-based Renewals Account Manager to join the Renewal Sales team. This role focuses on renewals with Life Sciences and Healthcare customers, driving renewal sales and retention strategies from a remote setup across the continental US.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales managing SMB books, strong Excel skills, and experience with pharma/biotech clients. Salesforce experience and consultative selling are highly valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience
• 5+ years' experience in sales managing an existing high volume SMB book of business, leading retention, and expansion efforts or customer service
• Experience working with small to midsize pharmaceutical and biotech companies
• 3+ years of experience working with Excel

• Leverage in-depth product knowledge to highlight value-added solutions that meet customer needs and drive renewal sales and initiatives
