Job summary

Clarivate is seeking a US Remote-based Renewals Account Manager to join the Renewal Sales team. You will engage with customers, drive renewal sales, and manage renewal strategies within Life Sciences and Healthcare.

The role requires 5+ years in sales or customer service with Excel proficiency, and Salesforce experience is a plus. This is a full-time remote position within the continental US with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in sales managing an existing high volume SMB book of business, leading retention, and expansion efforts or customer service.
• 3+ years of experience working with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with customers to identify opportunities and deliver responsive, solution-oriented support.
• Highlight value-added solutions that meet customer needs and drive renewal sales.
• Execute defined renewal and retention strategies within broader sales plans.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of current products, offerings and market trends.
• Provide regular updates and accurate renewal forecasts to leadership.
