Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Renewal Account Executive to drive client retention for the SendTech Shipping and Mailing Solutions. This remote Inside Sales role targets candidates in EST and CST regions within the United States, with a base compensation of $21.88 per hour and an OTE around $75,000 annually.

Responsibilities include proactive outbound outreach, renewal management, and leveraging Salesforce to forecast and manage pipeline. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

Qualifications

• Direct experience interacting with clients in a sales role.
• Comfortably initiating 40-60 outbound sales calls daily.
• Knowledge of Shipping or Mailing domain, including carrier solutions basics.
• Strong experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally in eCommerce, warehouse shipping, mailing solutions, or office shipping.
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM tools.
• Proven ability to retain clients and close renewals over the phone or virtually.

Responsibilities

• Manage, upgrade, and grow a portfolio of small and mid-sized business or multi-location accounts through proactive 40-60 daily outbound calls.
• Generate quotes, close activities, and process orders to retain core revenue.
• Present and close renewal opportunities virtually or by phone with existing clients.
• Navigate renewal agreement requirements and regulations.
• Plan and document sales activities, maintain customer records, execute campaigns, build pipeline, and forecast in Salesforce.
• Address objections by communicating program benefits and Pitney Bowes value.
