Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Renewal Account Executive to drive client retention within the SendTech Shipping and Mailing Solutions portfolio. You will champion renewal opportunities, generate quotes, and manage orders to protect core ARR while delivering exceptional customer value.

This remote inside sales role targets US-based accounts with a high-volume outbound cadence (40–60 calls daily) and a strong focus on closing business by phone or virtual meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales for SaaS solutions.
• Ability to handle 40–60 outbound calls daily.
• Proficient with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage, upgrade, and grow a portfolio of accounts through proactive outbound calling.
• Generate quotes and process orders to retain core revenue.
• Present and close renewal opportunities virtually or by phone.
