Qualifications

• Direct experience interacting with clients in sales.
• Comfortably initiating 40-60 outbound sales calls.
• Knowledge of Shipping or Mailing domain.
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage, upgrade, and grow a portfolio of small and mid-sized accounts.
• Generate quotes, close activities, and process orders to retain revenue.
• Present and close renewal opportunities virtually or by phone.
• Navigate renewal agreements requirements and regulations.
• Plan and document sales activities, maintain records, build pipeline, forecast in Salesforce.
• Address objections by communicating program benefits and Pitney Bowes value.
