Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Renewal Account Executive for the Digital Shipping Solutions team. This remote Inside Sales role targets US-based candidates (EST/CST zones preferred; PST/MST not eligible).

Base compensation is $21.88/hour with incentive-based earnings that bring OTE to about $75,000/year. The role focuses on client retention, upsell opportunities, and delivering value through Pitney Bowes SendTech solutions.

Qualifications

• Direct client‑facing sales experience with closing skills.
• Comfortable making 40–60 outbound calls daily.
• Knowledge of shipping/mailing domain helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage, upgrade, and grow a portfolio of small and mid‑sized accounts through proactive 40–60 daily outbound calling.
• Generating quotes, closing activities, and processing order information to retain core revenue.
• Present and close renewal opportunities virtually or by phone with existing clients.
• Navigate renewal agreements and document sales activities in Salesforce.
