The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Southeast US sales efforts, focusing on power supply OEM and distribution growth. This home-based role emphasizes building and maintaining strong customer relationships across a Southeast US territory.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of outside sales in power supply, strong presentations, and proven ability to manage manufacturers' reps. Remote work is supported with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years outside sales in the power supply sector.
• Experience managing manufacturer's reps.
• Strong program management and familiarity with product development.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement an annual sales business plan to hit targets in the territory.
• Identify and secure new OEM accounts aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manage existing customer relationships to achieve sales and satisfaction goals.
• Conduct client visits, address concerns, and deliver compelling presentations.
• Provide full account management from initial technical development to production.
• Lead with factory teams to ensure program success.
• Prepare and present periodic reports including forecasts and account status.
