Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales in the Southeast US. This home-based role targets OEM and distribution growth in the power supply sector, focusing on building and maintaining robust customer relationships within your territory.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of outside sales experience in power supply, proven experience managing manufacturers’ representatives, and strong program management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' outside sales experience in power supply.
• Experience managing manufacturer's representatives.
• Strong program management and familiarity with product development.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proven success in meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual sales plan for the territory.
• Identify and secure new OEM accounts.
• Manage existing customer relationships for sales and satisfaction.
• Conduct client visits, address concerns, and deliver presentations.
• Provide account management from technical development through production.
• Lead with factory teams to ensure program success.
• Prepare reports including sales forecasts and account status.
