Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across the Southeast US. This home-based role targets OEM and distribution growth in the power supply sector, building strong customer relationships and driving revenue within the territory.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of outside sales in power supply, experience managing manufacturer's representatives, and strong program management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' outside sales in the power supply sector.
• Experience managing manufacturer's representatives.
• Strong program management and familiarity with the product development process.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual sales plan for the territory.
• Identify and secure OEM accounts aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manage customer relationships to meet sales and satisfaction goals.
• Visit client sites, address concerns, and deliver presentations.
• Provide account management from technical development through production.
• Lead and collaborate with factory teams to ensure program success.
• Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts and account status updates.
