Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales in the Southeast US from a home-based territory. You will expand OEM and distribution channels, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue with a proven power supply background.

This role requires a 5+ year track record in outside sales, strong account management, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years outside sales experience in the power supply sector.
• Proven ability to manage manufacturer's representatives and drive targets.
• Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual sales plan for the territory.
• Identify and secure OEM accounts aligned with strategy.
• Manage relationships to meet sales and customer-satisfaction goals.
• Conduct client visits and deliver compelling presentations.
• Provide account management from technical development to production.
• Collaborate with factory teams to ensure program success.
• Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts and status updates.
