Ingersoll Rand seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Elmo Rietschle to grow revenue across a remote territory in the Northeast U.S. You will drive channel strategy, manage partners, and lead sales cycles with strong technical acumen.

Collaborating with engineering, product management, and operations, you will deliver presentations to customers, train partners, and sustain long-term relationships while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Formación

• High School Diploma or related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience in industrial sales with blowers, vacuums or rotating equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage channel partners to drive revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop a robust network of channel partners to drive sales of Elmo Rietschle products.
• Collaborate with channel partner principals and internal teams to execute territory strategies.
• Lead sales activities and pipeline development; maintain Salesforce-based pipeline.
• Provide technical product support, troubleshooting, and installation guidance.
• Participate in all sales-cycle stages including quoting and account management.
