Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Elmo Rietschle blowers and vacuums. This remote-based role covers a multi-state territory including NM and surrounding states, with travel up to 50% to develop channel partners and key accounts.

You will drive territory strategy, manage a partner network, and provide technical product support while coordinating with engineering, product management, and cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in industrial sales with blowers, vacuums or rotating equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• Strong channel sales experience and ability to manage partner networks and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and develop a robust network of Channel Partners to meet business goals.
• Develop territory strategies with stakeholders to drive revenue, margin, and growth.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities; maintain a Salesforce pipeline.
• Provide technical product support and guidance on installation and maintenance.
