Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Elmo Rietschle to drive revenue across a nationwide territory. You will manage channel partners, develop territory strategies with leaders, and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Strong technical and product knowledge, plus excellent communication, are essential.

The role requires up to 50%+ overnight travel, remote-based work near a major Northeast US airport, and a competitive pay range with bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience in industrial sales with blowers, vacuums or rotating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Channel Partners to drive sales.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop territory strategies.
• Lead sales activities and pipeline development with channel partners.
• Provide technical and product support to customers.
• Engage in sales cycle and account management including quoting and collections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product commercialization and account growth.
• Lead customer engagement and presentations at industry events.
• Oversee a large network of channel partner organizations across multiple states.
