Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Elmo Rietschle to drive revenue across a Northeast US territory with a remote-based setup. You will manage a broad channel partner network, lead strategy, and guide customers through technical solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in industrial sales, strong product knowledge of blower and vacuum equipment, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams. Expect up to 50% travel and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in industrial Sales with Blowers, Vacuums or Rotating equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Channel Partners to drive Elmo Rietschle product sales.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop territory strategies.
• Lead sales activities and pipeline development through channel partners.
• Provide technical and product support to customers and troubleshoot issues.
• Engage in all stages of the sales cycle including quoting and account management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable product commercialization and account growth.
• Lead customer engagements, presentations, and attendance at trade shows.
