Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Elmo Rietschle products, overseeing a remote territory across multiple states. You will drive revenue growth by managing channel partners, delivering technical product support, and coordinating with internal teams to align strategies with company goals.

The role requires a strong background in blowers, vacuums or rotating equipment, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 50%+.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of sales experience in industrial sales with blowers, vacuums or rotating equipment.
• Strong channel sales expertise and ability to manage partner networks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to train and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust network of channel partners to drive sales in the territory.
• Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to execute territory strategies.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities; maintain a documented Salesforce pipeline.
• Provide technical and product support and guidance to customers and end users.
• Lead account management, quotations, and collections; monitor progress and opportunities.
