Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Elmo Rietschle products to drive growth across a remote Northeast-based territory. You will build and manage a network of channel partners, identify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue targets.

The role requires 3+ years of industrial sales experience, a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience in industrial sales with blowers, vacuums or rotating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust channel partner network to drive Elmo Rietschle product sales.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute territory strategies aligned with revenue and growth targets.
• Lead sales activities and pipeline development through cold calls and market research.
• Provide technical support and product guidance to customers.
• Participate in all stages of the sales cycle, including quoting and account management.
