Job summary

Grundfos seeks a Regional Sales Manager, Wastewater, to drive growth for Newterra's aeration products across municipal wastewater applications. This remote role covers the United States, with travel up to 30%.

You will lead Manufacturer's Representatives, pursue new business with utilities, engineers and contractors, and provide technical guidance on aeration systems for SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry with a proven track record.
• Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes, including mechanical aeration, SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to achieve annual sales and order quotas.
• Drive new business through prospecting, customer visits, and relationship management with municipal utilities, consulting engineers, and contractors.
• Lead sales opportunities from early project development through specification, bidding, negotiation, and fully executed purchase orders.
• Provide technical and consultative guidance on Newterra's mechanical aeration systems for SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon applications.
• Develop regional sales plans, forecast pipeline performance, identify market trends, and pursue new market opportunities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, representatives, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
