Grundfos, operating as Newterra's United States water treatment arm, seeks a Regional Sales Manager, Wastewater to grow municipal aeration solutions across the U.S. You will lead Manufacturer's Representatives, build municipal and engineering relationships, and guide projects from conception to purchase orders.

You will bring strong wastewater knowledge and 5+ years of sales success, travel up to 30%, and a remote-friendly work model that emphasizes growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes including mechanical aeration, SBR, oxidation ditch, lagoon systems.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry with a proven track record of achieving results.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to meet annual sales quotas.
• Drive new business through prospecting, visits, and relationship management with utilities, engineers, and contractors.
• Lead opportunities from early development through bidding, negotiation and PO execution.
• Provide technical and consultative guidance on Newterra's aeration systems for municipal applications.
• Develop regional sales plans, forecast pipeline, identify market trends, and pursue new opportunities.
• Serve as liaison between customers, representatives, and internal teams to ensure requirements are met.
