Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Wastewater to drive regional growth for Newterra's aeration products in municipal wastewater applications. This remote role supports municipalities, engineers, and contractors across the United States.

You will coach Manufacturer's Representatives, lead opportunities from development to order, and provide technical guidance on aeration systems. Travel up to 30% is required, with a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in sales preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry with a proven track record.
• Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes (mechanical aeration, SBR, oxidation ditch, lagoon).

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to meet annual sales and order quotas.
• Drive new business through prospecting, customer visits, and relationship management with municipal utilities, engineers, and contractors.
• Lead sales opportunities from early project development through bidding, negotiation, and purchase orders.
• Provide technical and consultative guidance on Newterra's mechanical aeration systems for SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon applications.
• Develop regional sales plans, forecast pipeline performance, identify market trends and pursue new market opportunities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, representatives, and internal teams to ensure requirements are met.
