Job summary

Grundfos USA, in partnership with Newterra, seeks a Regional Sales Manager, Wastewater, to drive regional growth of aeration solutions for municipal wastewater projects. You will manage Manufacturer's Representatives, build municipal client relationships, and guide projects from bid through order.

This remote role can be based anywhere in the United States with up to 30% travel, requires 5+ years sales in water/wastewater, and a mechanical or environmental engineering background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in wastewater or water-treatment industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater processes (aeration, SBR, lagoons).

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to hit annual sales quotas.
• Prospect and manage relationships with municipal utilities, engineers, and contractors.
• Lead opportunities from early development to bid, negotiation, and PO.
• Provide technical guidance on aeration systems for SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon.
• Develop regional sales plans and forecast pipeline, identify market trends.
• Coordinate with customers, reps, and internal teams to meet project requirements.
