Grundfos Water Treatment USA, part of Newterra, seeks a Regional Sales Manager, Wastewater, to lead regional growth for aeration products across municipal wastewater applications in the U.S. You will manage manufacturer’s representatives, build relationships with utilities, engineers, and contractors, and guide projects from development to purchase order.

You will provide technical guidance on aeration systems (SBR, lagoon, oxidation ditch) and develop regional plans while tracking forecasted

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry with a proven track record of achieving results.
• Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes, including mechanical aeration, SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to achieve annual sales and quotas, including recruiting, training, and performance monitoring.
• Drive new business through prospecting, customer visits, and relationship management with municipal utilities, consulting engineers, and contractors.
• Lead sales opportunities from early project development through specification, bidding, negotiation, and purchase orders.
• Provide technical and consultative guidance on Newterra's aeration systems for SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon applications.
• Develop regional sales plans, forecast pipeline performance, identify market trends, and pursue new market opportunities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, representatives, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
