Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Wastewater, to lead and grow Newterra’s aeration product sales across municipal wastewater applications in the United States. You will manage a Manufacturer's Representative network, cultivate relationships with utilities, engineers, and contractors, and drive projects from development through purchase orders.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes, including mechanical aeration, SBR, and lagoon

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry with a proven track record of achieving results.
• Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes, including mechanical aeration, SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon systems.
• Experience managing a Manufacturer's Representative network and driving regional growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to achieve annual sales and quotas.
• Drive new business through prospecting, visits, and relationship management with municipal utilities, engineers, and contractors.
• Lead opportunities from project development through specification, bidding, negotiation, and orders.
• Provide technical guidance on Newterra's aeration systems for wastewater applications.
