Job summary

Grundfos, United States, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Wastewater to lead regional sales for Newterra's aeration products across municipal wastewater applications. You will develop relationships with municipal utilities, engineers, and contractors, and guide projects from early development to purchase orders.

You will coach and develop Manufacturer's Representatives, prospect new business, forecast pipelines, and provide technical guidance on mechanical aeration systems for SBR, oxidation

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry with a proven track record of achieving results.
• Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes, including mechanical aeration, SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to achieve annual sales and order quotas.
• Drive new business through prospecting, visits, and relationship management with municipal utilities, consulting engineers, and contractors.
• Lead sales opportunities from early project development through specification, bidding, negotiation, and purchase orders.
• Provide technical and consultative guidance on Newterra's mechanical aeration systems for SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon applications.
• Develop regional sales plans, forecast pipeline performance, identify market trends, and pursue new market opportunities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, representatives, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
