Grundfos Water Treatment USA seeks a Regional Sales Manager, Wastewater, to lead regional growth and manage a Manufacturer's Representative network across municipal wastewater projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge and a track record of delivering complex projects from specification through execution.

You will engage with municipal utilities, engineers, and contractors, travel up to 30%, and work in a flexible remote setup across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in a similar industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes (mechanical aeration, SBR, oxidation ditch, lagoon).
• Experience managing Manufacturer's Representative networks.

Responsabilités

• Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to meet annual sales and order quotas.
• Drive new business through prospecting, visits, and relationship management with municipal utilities, engineers, and contractors.
• Lead opportunities from development through bidding, negotiation, and purchase orders.
• Provide technical and consultative guidance on aeration systems for SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon applications.
• Develop regional sales plans, forecast pipeline, and identify market opportunities.
• Coordinate between customers, reps, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
