CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange is seeking a remote-based Coordinator for the Summer Work and Travel program. You will support sales activities, handle client inquiries, and train participants on program rules and in-country activities.

You will recruit and interview participants, assist host employers, and help navigate participant issues while collaborating with internal teams to achieve program success. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of customer success or customer service experience required.
• International study/work experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills including MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills with incredible attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong ability to multitask while overseeing daily project management.
• Energetic and team-oriented.

Mansioni

• Support account management and sales activities for the Summer Work and Travel program.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues related to systems, hiring events, and participant incidents.
• Deliver training to clients on processes, program rules, and in-country activities.
• Conduct outreach to prospective employers to support sales efforts and increase job placements within assigned regions.
• Assist host employers in managing participant-related issues, including conflict mediation and guidance on best practices.
• Recruit, interview, and place participants on behalf of employer partners.
• Contribute to assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with team objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support program success and operational goals.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required to support business needs and program activities, as needed.
