Job summary

CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange is seeking a Regional Manager for Summer Work and Travel to lead an on-the-ground sales team in a defined region, driving host recruitment, placements, and program quality.

You will coach staff, manage host relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fast placements and strong client satisfaction across SWT programs in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years of sales success in B2B preferred.
• 3–5 years of people management preferred.
• Ability to analyze metrics and create strategy.
• Strong verbal and written communication required.
• Experience working with remote field staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales leadership by managing a team selling to new hosts and renewing relationships.
• Set individualized sales goals and coach to exceed seasonal targets.
• Create outreach strategies to engage new hosts and renew relationships.
• Develop host-centric community events to maximize sales.
• Build long-term host relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Track, report, and adjust sales and placement results.
• Consult with hosts on hiring strategies to maximize placements.
• Collaborate with compliance and participant services to ensure quality.
