Job summary

CIEE is seeking a Regional Manager for its Summer Work and Travel program based in Wisconsin Dells, WI, with a remote work arrangement in the United States. You will lead local operations, drive placement growth, manage host relationships, and ensure participant support across the region.

Reporting to the Director of Placement Sales within Seasonal Exchanges, this role blends leadership, sales, and operational coordination to deliver quality experiences for hosts, participants, and communities

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of sales leadership experience or related
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Passion for international exchange and study abroad programs

Responsibilities

• Lead an on-the-ground team focused on placement growth and program support
• Manage sales activities and host relationships for the Summer Work and Travel program
• Support hosts, participants, and community members throughout the exchange experience
• Source host families and strengthen host engagement efforts
• Create and coordinate community events connected to the program
• Coach and support staff members within the regional team
• Consult with hosts on hiring strategies and placement needs
• Coordinate with compliance teams and participant services teams
• Support operational goals within the Seasonal Exchanges department
