• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales leadership by managing a team selling to new hosts and renewing relationships.
• Set goals, manage pipeline, and coach to exceed seasonal targets.
• Develop outreach strategies to engage hosts and renew relationships.
• Plan host-centric events to maximize sales and provide value.
• Maintain gold-standard account management and long-term host relationships.
• Track results, adjust tactics, and report performance.
• Consult with hosts on hiring strategies to maximize placements.
• Collaborate with compliance, participant services and internal teams.
