Job summary

Doosan Bobcat is seeking a Regional Business Manager - Material Handling to expand our market presence in the southeastern US. You will grow dealer partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies across your territory.

This role requires strategic leadership, relationship management, and a track record of driving business results through dealers. Remote work is available with significant travel to support dealer networks and customers.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive sales experience, including B2B sales.
• Proven ability to manage and grow sales territories.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to develop dealer relationships and drive market share.
• Willingness to travel around 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual district strategy and dealer plans to grow sales and market share.
• Collaborate with dealers to align customer needs with company departments.
• Achieve market share goals through proactive product sales, branding and penetration.
• Respond to orders and retail requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead quarterly Sales and Action Plan meetings with core dealers.
• Analyze sales data and provide strategic adjustments to improve performance.
• Design dealer training programs and promotions to grow capabilities.
