Job summary

Doosan Bobcat is seeking a Regional Business Manager for Material Handling to drive growth across the southeastern United States in a remote role. You will expand market share, strengthen dealer partnerships, and advise customers as a trusted sales leader.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong relationship-building, and the ability to translate market insights into business results across the dealer network. Travel ~75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• 5–7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years B2B sales/marketing experience.
• Proven track record of expanding sales territories and achieving targets.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills; able to lead sales meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual district strategy and dealer strategies to optimize sales and market share.
• Collaborate with dealers to align customer and market needs with company departments.
• Attain market share goals through product sales, branding, and market penetration.
• Respond to orders and inquiries promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Lead quarterly Sales and Action Plan meetings with core dealers and analyze data for growth opportunities.
• Deliver dealer training programs and promotional activities; coach sales specialists.
