Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales and marketing.
• Proven ability to expand sales territories.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual district and dealer strategies to grow market share.
• Collaborate with dealers to align customer needs with company objectives.
• Drive market penetration and achieve sales targets.
• Lead quarterly Sales and Action Plan meetings with core dealers.
• Provide training and support to dealers and internal teams.
