Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years B2B sales and marketing experience
• Proven track record of expanding sales territories
• Strong decision-making and targets focus
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual district strategy and dealer strategies to optimize sales and market share
• Collaborate with dealers to convey customer needs to internal departments
• Achieve market share goals through proactive product sales and brand penetration
• Respond to orders and retail requests promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Drive dealer performance through quarterly Sales and Action Plan meetings
• Analyze sales data and guide strategic adjustments for growth
